Are your purchased products originals?

Our products are manufactured are exact replicas following original designs of furniture built in the 1920s. Therefore they are no Bauhaus originals produced in this period of time. Such pieces of furniture are very rare nowadays, as they are usually only to be found in museums or private collections.

How can I place an order?

You can place your order by fax, telephone or directly in our online shop.
After you registered in our online shop, you may trace your order online anytime.
After you inform us about your favourite means of shipment, you receive a shipping order and an order confirmation containing the final order number.

 

Transport/Shipping costs
The company Oltre-Design does not deliver the furniture. Our goods are available ex works Italy.
The customer can either pick up the goods himself or he can confer this task to a shipping company which picks up the goods from the manufacturer.
We are able to provide you with the names of some shipping companies which are familiar with the transport of furniture and able to carry out the order on behalf of our customers. In such cases, the furniture is picked up from the manufacturer in Italy and delivered to the customer on a scheduled appointment. If you wish further services (delivery in the evening, delivery to higher floors), please contact the shipping company directly. They will certainly take your wishes into account.

The actual transport/shipping costs including a transport insurance amount to approx. 8-10% of the value of the goods.

Means of payment
The customer does not have to make any advance payments.
The purchasing price has to be fully paid when picking up the goods from the manufacturer. As far as a collection contract has been concluded between the customer and the shipping company, the payment can be made to the shipping company upon delivery. 
The purchasing price has to be settled in cash. Payment by cheque is only possible after prior consent.

Right of return
The customer is entitled to return the goods without stating reasons within 14 days.
In such as case, the customer has to inform our customer service by e-mail (directsales@oltre-design.com) or by fax. The goods are then collected and the customer is reimbursed with the full purchasing price.
It is only possible to return the goods in their original packing.
Slight colour variations or natural leather graining are not eligible for complaint.

 

Data protection

We only store and use the data which is necessary for a business transaction. Furthermore, we refer to the right of access to personal data according to the data protection regulations. We assure that all personal data is handled confidentially. The customer is entitled to revocation any time.
